No matter where you come from or what you’ve been through, your mental well-being is important. Let’s Talk Colorado is here to provide tips and resources to support yourself and others when times are tough.
Taking care of your mental well-being starts with conversations — whether you are getting your hair done, sharing a meal, or catching up with friends. These everyday moments can bring us closer and help us all feel supported.
So, let’s talk, listen, and support each other — because we’re never alone in this.
Real People. Real Conversations. Real Healing.
These stories show how mental well-being connects us — to ourselves, each other, and our communities.
Mental health affects us all — but the way we talk about it, seek support, or are impacted can differ greatly depending on our lived experiences. In this series, real Coloradans open up about what it means to take care of their minds and hearts. They talk about challenges, healing, and why it’s important to speak up. These honest conversations remind us we’re not alone, and that talking is a powerful first step — because the more we talk, the easier it gets.
What is Let’s Talk Colorado?
Let’s Talk Colorado is a community-powered campaign of the Metro Denver Partnership for Health dedicated to breaking down barriers to mental well-being. We empower everyone, particularly those in underrepresented communities, to have open, honest conversations about mental and emotional health. Through practical tips, connections to support services, and stories from Coloradans, we make seeking and providing support easier.
No matter what your background, your well-being matters. We’re here to help you take charge of it.
Our Goal:
Improve Mental Health and Well-Being
Our vision is a caring community, where everyone feels they can put their mental health first. We acknowledge the barriers diverse communities face that can affect their mental well-being.
We want to provide the tools, support, and information you need to live a happy, healthy life—where your mental well-being matters as much as your physical health.
